Kissimmee old town, International Drive and Orlando are all in close proximity to explore for dining, entertainment and shopping. We recommend the Osceola Parkway for fast travel to all the parks and entertainment areas. The newly developed Loop and Loop West are situated on the junction of the Osceola and John Young Parkways. Here you will find great shopping, dining and a 16 screen cinema complex.

Beautiful beaches are a short drive away to either West to the Gulf of Mexico or East to the Atlantic Ocean.

Many world class golf courses are close by, Falcons Fire, Champions Gate, Celebration, Kissimmee Oaks, Kissimmee Bay and Remington are all less than 10 miles away

Within a 5 minute drive is a Wal-Mart Superstore and a Publix Superstore.

Directions

Venetian Bay villages are situated just off the 192 in Kissimmee;

From Orlando/Sanford Airports:
Take 417 south into Kissimmee. Turn left onto the John Young Parkway. Make a right turn on Carroll St. Proceed past the Kissimmee Utility Authority. Venetian Bay will be 2 miles ahead on your left.

From I-4:
Take I-4 exit 25-A (192 east). Follow 192 to Hoagland Blvd and turn left. Proceed past the Osceola Square Mall. Venetian Bay will be 3/4 of a mile past the Mall on your right hand side.
