Our Home

Our beautiful 3 bed roomed family townhouse, is fitted to a high standard throughout ensuring all comforts are catered for. Recently re-decorated it is bright and light throughout making the home a pleasure to relax and stay in.

It is set within a gated community with a village like appearance with white picket fencing, lakes and walkways. The home faces a green area with the main facilities of the community only a minute away. Facilities in the home include;

• Large king-sized master bedroom on the ground floor with TV and ensuite bathroom with whirlpool bath.
  
  
• Open plan kitchen which is fully equipped to a high standard catering for all your needs. Oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker, waste disposal and dishwasher. There is also a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, smoothie maker and all the saucepans, crockery, glassware and cutlery you could wish for to cook anything from snacks to 3 course dinners.
  
  
• Spacious open plan lounge/dining room with a flat screen television and a DVD. We recently replaced the dining furniture and a have a lovely glass table and six chairs.
  
  
• 2 further bedrooms, one twin and one queen size plus a further bathroom with overhead shower. A further vanity hand-basin is located off the landing.
  
  
• Utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
  
  
• Full air-conditioning plus ceiling fans in each room
  
  
• Fully equipped including all linens, towels, hairdryer and many extras.
  
  
• Games and leisure equipment golf clubs and tennis racquets.
  
  
• Telephone with free local calls

About Us

il Casa townhouse is family owned by Kathy, Drew, Jen and Dave, we come from the U.K.  and chose to buy our house in Venetian Bay because of the style and quality of the house, the facilities on the resort and the location, so near to the theme parks.  We have all visited Florida several times and it was our dream to own a holiday home here.  We bought the house, brand new, in November 2005.

We love the Venetian Bay resort because of the facilities on offer to adults and children.  The  choice of pools, sports, playgrounds, games and fitness centre will ensure there is never a dull moment.  We love the movie theatre, internet business centre, library and TV room in the clubhouse and we can relax in the evening with a family barbecue or picnic in the areas provided.  The lake is beautiful and the nature walks around the resort are stunning.  Best of all it is all FREE to our guests when they stay in our home. There is 24 hour security and on-site maintenance

Our home is taken care of by a local company when we are not in Florida.  They are very experienced and they are only a phone call away, they work very hard to keep our home looking really clean and pleasant when people arrive.
