Rates
We have rates commencing at $70 / £40 per night for the house which will sleep up to 6 very comfortably
- To obtain a quote, email garrwils@hotmail.com or go to the contacts page of this website and complete the enquiry form
- To confirm a booking a 20% deposit will be required
- All rates are inclusive of Florida State tax
- A cleaning fee of $65 / £42 will be charged on rentals less than 5 nights
- A security deposit of £200 ($300) will be required before your stay and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection by our Caretaker in Kissimmee.
- Rates are subject to change until your booking has been confirmed
