Venetian Bay Villages

Venetian Bay is a unique gated community. The townhomes are arranged in European style small villages and the street names are replicas of actual roads in Venice.

This complex allows you to relax and stroll around the villages enjoying the nature walks and lush manicured landscaping or to enjoy a family barbecue after a hectic day at the parks. There is a gated entry system and 24 hour security.
There is an on-site maintenance team looking after the complex under the guidance of a first class resort manager.

Within the complex are excellent facilities including a spacious clubhouse and reception with an entertainment area with wide screen TV, fitness centre, movie theatre, games room, library and a business centre with internet access.

Outside the clubhouse is a large pool with spectacular water features and a luxury spa. The pool has a wrap around sundeck overlooking the central lake and fountain. There is also an adjoining children’s play area and barbecue area.

Elsewhere in the villages are 4 further pools, more children’s playgrounds and barbecue/picnic areas. There are tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.
